With a pager system from Discover Systems GmbH, customers can now wait very relaxed and calmly when there is a lot of activity in the store or if a consultant is not immediately available. In addition, the various departments can notify customers directly, as the SmartCall pager from Discover Systems have a display so that text messages can be sent to customers.
The principle is very simple: At check-in, the customer informs which department he wants advice in. He registers briefly and can then shop anywhere in the store until an employee from the desired department notifies him – simple and secure communication!
With a SmartCall pager and a special software, this solution not only enables direct communication with customers, but also ensures that they register. Many customers do not want to use the alternative; namely to be notified on their own mobile phone, and a SmartCall pager is always in “real time”, which is not always the case with an SMS. This means that no time is wasted, and each customer always gets the right consulting expert for them.
The important thing is that thanks to the intelligent queuing system, customers now have even shorter waiting times than before, as they no longer have to stand in line with everyone else for their wishes, but can use the program to find exactly what they want in department / product category. In this way, the customer is immediately assigned the correct queue and the employees responsible for his wishes.
